HISTORY

Dating back to the early 1300s, the manor house has many a story to tell. Its rooms and halls are filled with period features and ornate ceilings, all resting upon medieval foundations.

Over the years, Brinsop has homed many noble families and celebrities. William Wordsworth, known for launching the Romantic Age in English literature. Madeleine Carroll, the highest-earning 1940s English actress of her time. Stephen Hawking, the theoretical physicist, have all enjoyed this magnificent estate.

Born and bred amongst Herefordshire farming lands, founders Pat and Martin. Together with a keen eye for restoration and interior design, saw the untapped potential in Brinsop and transformed it into an award-winning venue.
